Anti-Vax Quack Given Duck

Andrew Wakefield, one of all-to-many people linking vaccines to illness was given a Golden Duck award to recognize his contributions in ignorance.

And let me say good.  And “Quack.”

The Anti-Vax movement is something that’s honestly quite disturbing to me on several levels.  Watching any one of the people contributing to this mess get recognized for it is fine by me.  This is the guy that did the forward to Jenny McCarthy’s book, and she hasn’t helped good vaccination policy at all to say the least.

And yes, there’s reason to be concerned.

Job Update

Well I start a new job shortly – I’m going back to contracting for now!  But the job search is over, and it took about 5 weeks to make work out.  This also means I can start getting back to my books and projects – but you’re still going to get plenty of recipes out of me.

But the goal of this blog was to cover everything in my writing, coaching, and more, so hang in there, the ride is back on track.

Focused Fandom – Updated

I just updated Focused Fandom, and I’ll be integrating my other fan-career books under its banner, especially when I go to second edition of Fan To Pro.

So really all my works will be under this banner, and it’ll let me manage resources and guides for everyone a lot easier.
