Remember that whole thing about Universal Music Group claiming some secret agreement with Google to pull content?
I'd note that this puts Google back in people's crosshairs – if they ever left. But Google is making a stand. This lie could also make the resumed SOPA hearings MUCH more interesting.

Last week was a bit eventful with Google buying Motorola, HP . .. er, doing whatever they did, and everyone speculating on those events. So hey, time for a Survey Sunday! What's your opnion on the big news?
So the Xoom's had some bad reviews (which I admittedly don't think are fair, but still). RIM's playbook is getting trashed – though it's having some surprisingly good sales (which I chalk up to loyalty). The Android-and-other Tablet market doesn't appear to be doing too hot at the moment.
So this has me thinking. OK, linoleum makes me think (name the reference), but in this case I'm thinking about Tablets.
